Fudgy Vegan Protein Brownies

I made this recipe and found it so simple and easy to make that anyone can make it.

This recipe is healthy and delicious! You will love it.


INGREDIENTS:

brownies:

  • 250g (8.8oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 60g (1/2cup) flour
  • 40g (1/3cup) vegan chocolate protein powder (or almond flour)
  • 20-30g (3-4tbsp) cocoa powder
  • 1 banana (~100g)
  • 200ml (3/4cup) almond milk
  • sweetener of choice to taste (I used flav drops)


ganache:

  • 150g (2/3 cup) soy skyr = soy greek yogurt (or any thick yogurt)
  • 20-30g (2tbsp) maple syrup (any syrup works)
  • 20-30g (3-4tbsp) cocoa powder


METHOD:

1-Wash the beans well!

2-Puree the beans & banana with the almond milk in a smoothiemaker.

3-Combine all the ingredients. Consistency should be thick & sticky.

4-bake at 180*C (350*C) non-fan assisted for about 25min.

5-Let it cool down.

6-Combine all the ingredients for the ganache & place it on top.

7-For the best result store it in the fridge over night.
