Tiramisu coffee

After a long day, prepare Tiramisu coffee for yourself and enjoy an irresistible taste.


  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 3 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 24-30 ladyfinger cookies
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting Chocolate shavings, for garnish


1 In a mixing bowl, combine the cooled coffee and Baileys. Set it aside.

2 In a heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg yolks and sugar over a double boiler until thick and pale. Remove from heat and let it cool.

3 In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese until smooth.

4 Gently fold the mascarpone cheese into the egg yolk mixture until well combined.

5 In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

6 Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture to create a luscious, airy filling.

7 Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the coffee-Baileys mixture and arrange a layer of them in the bottom of your serving dish.

8 Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

9 Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone mixture.

10 Spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over the second layer of ladyfingers.

11 Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.

12 Before serving, dust the top with unsweetened cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings.
