Baked Potato With Chicken Stuffing
INGREDIENTS:
- 5 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons (soupspoon) grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 cup warm milk
- Shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese to taste
Chicken stuffing:
- 1 large chopped chicken breast
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of paprika or saffron
- 1 cup of water
- 1 chopped tomato
METHOD:
